Stephen W. Nicholas is President of Air Industries, Inc. an Independent Factory Trained and Authorized Manufacturer’s Representative and Consultant. He has over 25 years of field experience with professional training by the Harvard School of Public Health for certifying In-Place HEPA filters for Nuclear and Non-Nuclear applications.

Past President of the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) 2006-2007, Past President of the Association for Facilities Engineering, (AFE) Chapter 74-Central MA 2003- 2004 and currently Vice President of AFE Chapter 33- Boston. Steve is also a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager and (CPMM) Instructor for AFE Region-8 (New England).

A member of ASHRAE since 1989 advanced to Grade of Member 2004. Steve serves on the ASHRAE Boston Chapter Board of Governors 2007-2010. He also serves on the National ASHRAE SSPC 180 and 52.2 and a voting member of Technical Committee 2.4.
